All of our pieces are made to order in Europe, and we offer extensive customization of: dimensions, fabrication, and finishes. We are able to fulfill most requests to meet commercial standards. Our estimated 16-18 week lead time reflects the care and precision involved in producing work of this caliber—timeless, well-considered, and built to last.

We understand the demands of the trade and offer personalized service at every step of the process, from initial specification to final delivery. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, by phone and by email, to furnish quotes, provide detailed product information, and assist with project coordination.

USONA TERMS

Because all items in usona's collection are made to order in our European factories, lead-times for all custom orders are normally in the 16-18 week range. Orders are not subject to cancellation or refund at any time after production begins. 

Usona simply requires a 50% deposit to place an order, and full balance prior to shipping. We can arrange for freight to most locations on the globe and a usona representative will gladly provide you with a freight quote upon request prior to order placement. Color, grain variations and veining are natural characteristics of wood, stone, iron, fabric and leather. These variations reveal the individuality of each piece. For this reason the natural qualities may vary from pieces you have seen in showroom and website (usonahome.com). Special order conditions apply.
