Thank you for visiting usonahome.com. All items in usona's collection are made to order and are available in many sizes, finishes and material options. Pricing varies according to your selections. To receive a price quote, simply browse the site and add items of interest to your Binder. If you have a particular size or finish in mind, please note that in the comments section of your Binder. A quote will be prepared and emailed to you shortly. Items saved in your binder can be accessed in the future using the "Login/View My Binder" option. If you have any additional questions or wish to speak with us directly, a usona representative can be reached at 215-496-0440 between the hours of 10am and 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday.

| LEAD-TIMES / PAYMENT TERMS |
Because all items in usona’s collection are made to order in our European factories, general lead-times are about 14 to 18 weeks (based on standard production schedules). We simply require a 50% deposit to place an order and final balance is due before items ship.

| SHIPPING |
Because we ship directly from our European manufacturers, usona can arrange for freight to any location on the globe. Depending on location, white glove delivery and install service can also be arranged upon client’s request.

| SHOWROOM |
| Usona’s showroom is located at 113 South 16th Street in Center City Philadelphia. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, and Saturdays 11am to 4pm (EST). We are open to the public by appointment only, so please call ahead of time to speak with a representative regarding your visit. |
